How can I track my order?

Do l have to pay for duties/taxes?

No, you don't need to pay any customs duties. Loveladder Jewelry will cover all costs. Once you pay for your order, you won't need to pay any additional fees.

How can I know the size of my order product?

If you are unsure of your size, the best way to find it is to refer to our Size Guide. It will tell you how to measure the size and choose the appropriate ring or bracelet for you.

How can l change/modify my order?

If you discover any errors in your order after receiving the order confirmation email, please contact our customer service within 12 hours at service@love-ladder.com.

We make every effort to expedite processing, so there's always a brief window to correct any incorrect shipping addresses.

Please note that we can assist you in modifying your order before it is shipped. This includes changing sizes or engravings, removing products, or adjusting your shipping address. Once your package has been shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.

Is the product real gold plated, will it tarnish and change color?

All our products are made of S925 sterling silver material or high-quality titanium steel plated with white gold or 14K/18K yellow gold. We apply a layer of genuine gold color onto stainless steel to ensure it won't tarnish or discolor. Our gold plating not only enhances the allure of each piece of jewelry but also ensures that your jewelry maintains its radiance for years to come.

After submitting the order, how long can we ship it?

It takes our Fulfillment Team 1-3 days to process orders and prepare them for our shipping carrier.

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

The delivery time is typically 7 to 15 business days. *Please note that processing time is not included in the shipping time. We cannot determine the actual delivery date as once your order is shipped, it is no longer under our control and will be handled by the carrier.

But we will do our best to urge the logistics company we cooperate with to deliver the goods within the agreed time

Can l cancel my order?

If your order has not been shipped out, you can contact our customer service to cancel it, Please note that we CANNOT cancel orders which have been shipped out. Therefore, please wait for your package to arrive and you may either keep it or contact us to return for refund. Please DO NOT refuse the delivery as the undelivered package will be destroyed by the third-party logistics.

 

If you would like to cancel your order, please send an email to our customer service Team: service@love-ladder.com within 2 hours of ordering. Please note that service fees charged by banks or PayPal will not be refunded.

Each order remains in a processing state for 2 hours until it is transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfillment.

For customized products, cancellation during production period (6hours after placing order) will incur handling fees.

How can I return my product(s)?

If you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the arrival date for a refund.
